Carted offers a comprehensive, customizable, online grocery shopping SaaS platform and marketing solutions that enables independent grocers of any size to create and extend their in-store experience to an online environment.

What POS Systems do you integrate with?

At this time, we have integrated with DCR and ISS45 systems. We work with your designated representative to get the information we need to import products, prices, sales, etc. We are always open to exploring additional POS integrations.

What other integrations do you offer?

- For weekly ads, we integrate with Flipp. - For recipes, we integrate with Yummly. - For digitized coupons we have an integration with Reach Offers. - We also pull in popular recipes by category from YouTube to offer your customers more value.

Where is Carted hosted?

Your Carted site will be hosted on an Amazon Web Services cloud server, which provides a blazing fast, secure hosting service with the power of cloud computing. It’s also safeguarded and provides data integrity.

Can I customize my website?

Yes, you'll receive access to a CMS where you can change many aspects of your website. If you'd prefer we manage the changes, we can do that as well.

How long does it take to get a website up and running?

For the Brochure Website the typical time to launch is 10 days. For a full online shopping website the typical launch time is 30-60 days.

How much is it?

Licenses start at $65 per week and go up to $315 per week depending on the features you desire. For marketing, all prices are customized for your store based on your market area, budget and services utilized.

What type of service will I receive after signing up.

You will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will assist with the onboarding process and help with anything you need after website/campaign launch.
